I think City and Chelsea have a chance to do well in Europe given their squads but more importantly their coaches are 2 of the best in the world. One could make a case that those 2 are the best in the world.
i just feel that english clubs are not good enough tactically. They rely more on individual brilliance than a solid group foundation. And of course the fast-paced, powerful approach, but that has been over-taken in the last few years by teams like bayern, dortmund and barca. Barca have kind of fallen into the same trap as english teams, relying so much as they do on messi. They should get a proper striker and drop him back to where he first played for them. Scoring 70 goals is not necessary just use your ability to dominate and fit in with the team.

i believe dortmund will be nearly as good as last season, if not as good. Losing goetze and even lewandoski will be recoverable. They will have money and they will spend it wisely, they are a very good football club and will be around for a while imo.
