Default Camby Buyout

This is a tentative update. Doug Smith reports that the total cash savings of the Camby buyout was about $2 M. They could technically re-jig his contract during negotiations to rearrange the guarantees on his deal, but since there's been no indication of that yet, I'll assume that 2 M is spread out in the (4.4:1) pattern of his guarantee. Sham appears to be in process of updating one team at a time, so when he hits the Raps I'll have another update with confirmed salaries for several players (Hansbrough, Augustin, Camby's buyout). Probably in the next week or so.

2013-14:

Rudy Gay $17,888,931 (2 years, PO in 2nd)
DeMar DeRozan $9,500,000 (4 years)
Amir Johnson $6,500,000 (2 years, 2nd $5M guar)
Landry Fields $6,250,000 (2 years)
Kyle Lowry $6,210,000 (1 year)
Steve Novak $3,750,000 (3 years)
Jonas Valanciunas $3,526,440 (3 years, TO in 2nd and 3rd)
Tyler Hansbrough $2,500,000 (2 years, 2nd $1M guar)
Aaron Gray $2,690,875 (1 year)
Terrence Ross $2,678,640 (3 years, TO in 2nd and 3rd)
Quentin Richardson $1,399,507 (3 years, 2nd and 3rd unguar)
DJ Augustin $1,260,000 (1 year, approx)
Quincy Acy $788,872 (2 years, 2nd unguar; $884,293 for tax)
Dwight Buycks $700,000 (2 years, 2nd unguar; $884,293 for tax)

Marcus Camby Buyout $2,762,787 (0.65 M on next year's cap)

Team Cap Totals $68,406,052 (9.7 M above cap)
Team Tax Totals $68,685,766 (3.1 M below tax, 7.1 M below hard cap)

Cap: 58.679 M
Tax: 71.748 M
Apron/Hard Cap: 75.748 M

So that means Camby was bought out for about 3.41 M, spread out to 2.76M and 0.65 M over the next 2 years, pending any tricky buyout rearranging or use of the stretch provision.

Quincy Acy and Dwight Buycks count as the full 2 year veteran minimum salary in the tax calculation.

That means 0.69 M of the MLE is left over, as well as the 2.016 M of the bi-annual exception, with one spot free right now, with the Camby buyout.
