Ujiri will overpay players, already has (McGee) and it likely won't take long here. Most GM's overpay some players and they aren't in Canada.
As a non-Canadian, I have to say that Toronto is nicer than 90% of American NBA cities. I (like Joakim Noah) don't understand who the fuck would want to live in Cleveland for a good portion of the year. Our organization has been a bit of a mess pretty much since VC left, so if a player doesn't want to sign here for that reason, that's one thing. But realistically, Toronto the city should have absolutely no problems attracting players.
