JO or Bosh
should have been put in once the lead got down to 8 or 10 at the end of the 3rd. At that point anyone with a brain saw the Heat had all of the momentum and we needed to get one of them in to kill the Heats flow or at least protect the basket. Smitch waited until the 9 or 10 minute mark of the 4th when we were up only 4 I believe.
Theres rest and theres losing, and that terrible coaching decision almost cost us the game. Being up 15 on the road with 16 minutes left in the game means absolutely nothing in the NBA, Smitch should know that from experience with all the leads we've given up in his reign especially vs the elite players who come back and destroy us. (see James, Lebron and Bryant, Kobe)
Unless we're up 20 with 10 to go Bosh
or Oneal HAS to be on the floor. You can still rotate them and give them some good rest, but one of them needs to be in at all times.
