When we get a talent like Bosh/VC... do absolutely everything they say. Let them be a player/GM the way Wilkens was a player/coach.

That's the only way to even conceive of stars staying in Toronto for more than a couple of years. Give them the Cleveland-Lebron treatment here.

That's the place to start I think.
