THe lakers need three point shooting. Denver is not going to trade a double double machine like faried for gasol. they need speed at there 4 to make up for all the slow movers in koufos/ mosgov / mcgee. West would be a perfect fit but bird isn't going to trade away the key stone of his offense to get the same spacing debacle the lakers are in right now with hibbert and gasol.
