won't always put up 17 points on 17 shots, was shooting a good percentage on fewer shots until the Spurs Game. Too good a shooter to have that kind of game and that kind of shooting percentage for the season
He scores 15.5 for 13 in his career so far. 19.5 on 15.6 last year. Even this year he has managed to get up to 17.9 on 16.5 shots. Not exactly world beating, but not the terribleness he started out with.

This may be true, but the stats don't support it. Bargnani
has pretty much always improved the team offensively no matter who he was replacing or replaced with. This is particularly true the past couple years, with an ORTG difference of 10 points per 100 possessions. Defence is a different story, but that's beside the point.
