The best time to trade him was in the offseason when the "magical" 13 games left people wondering if he was on the cusp of being an all star. That boat as sailed! When he actually plays,he's always gonna be hot and cold so trading him now will be the same as the deadline in my opinion. I think package AB to get a reliable starting SF. Promote Amir or Ed as PF and see how they play at that spot with a vow of confidence and longer leash.
