Ever watched the hours George St. Pierre puts in? His body, is what AB's should look like, he shouldn't look like me.
I don't see how there is any possible excuse. None. You wake up at 7am, you get in some cardio, you eat, you then hit the gym and go over your "fundamental drills and get up your shooting drills.... you go home and eat. You have a nap. You wake up and eat again, go back to the gym and hit the weight and the circuits hard for 2 hours, come home, eat relax, go to sleep rinse and repeat.
That is dedication to your craft, not this shit we see from him and so many other guys. It makes me a little sick really.
Uh, well, yeah. My point was that you were misrepresenting what he said about his offseason preparation. He was very clear he was out of shape. This is disappointing. For all the reasons you listed. But you seem surprised by it for some reason. We knew coming in that he was completely out of shape, again, seemingly based on what the coaches told him to do - probably worrying about his injury last year, so they wanted him working into shae under their direct supervision.
It is ridiculous to have to worry about stuff like this with professional athletes, but it is nothing new with Bargnani. Just don't understand the sudden vitriol - he is no more or less out of shape than he has been the past few years.
