The question is not if Lowry is > than Nash. With Lowry we have a starting guard and we gave up a first round draft. With Nash we would of gotten a Star that could of helped with attracting talent ... we would of probably lost more games with Nash and still have our first round draft pick to continue the building process.
I'm in no way saying I'm unhappy with getting Lowry ... it's just that now we have higher expectations and less flexibility with the Fields on the team due to the Nash signing failure.
If I was BC and would try to package a deal with Fields+Bargs+Caldy ... Not that I want to get rid of Bargs, but this may be the only way to get Fields off our hands.
