Default john lucas - a poor man's jason terry?

I wouldn't want lucas to be my point guard, and he can't be a shooting guard either. But he could be a fantastic weapon for us this season, coming off the bench when we need some points. He's unconscious and he can give you 10 points in just a few minutes if he gets hot ..

he reminds me a little of jason terry - he kind of had the same role for Dallas over the last few years. He's not much of a defender or point guard, but he's the same crazy quick scorer.

I wonder if lucas can be a player like that for us? He doesn't have the same mid range game that terry has, but he has better range and he appears to be our best 3pt shooter off the dribble ( I think he's better than lowry at it).
