I believe there was an article surfacing during playoffs time how OKC could not afford to resign both Ibaka and Harden with the addition of Westbrooks and Durants contract. Personally these athletes make a ton of money already so I dont think a max deal will mean much, it just shows to us what type of player Harden is, one who seeks to make money than win a championship. He's in a very good situation right now and OKC should try to keep their core of Westbrook, Durant, Harden and Ibaka. As mentioned he did fail miserably in the finals and teams will take that into account. However there will always be one team who will overpay for Harden and OKC might fall in and resign in, thus letting Ibaka go unless he takes a huge pay deduction

Just a bias trade for the Raptors
Calderon, Ross, Gray and Ed Davis for Harden and Perkins. Get it DONE BC
