Steph Curry is a really really good player when he can actually stay on the floor. His passing game is underrated and hes one of the best shooters in the NBA, off the dribble or standstill. He creates a lot of mismatches in the pick and roll.
Bogut can score vs a lot of centers on the block, but in general, Lee is the 2nd option who can get you 18-20 PPG efficiently, as hes one of the better pick and roll bigmen in the NBA and has one of the better midrange games for a big in the league.
And Klay Thompson was fantastic in the 2nd part of last year as arguably their number one guy in the halfcourt. He is one of the best shooters in the NBA coming off of screens and has a knack for getting to the line.
When you combine their talent, they have 2 guys who can get 20+ nightly in Curry and Lee, another one who may turn in to that kind of player in his 2nd year in Thompson, and then Bogut who is always solid inside. If Barnes is any good, then thats a really good starting 5, and the parts look like they fit since both backcourt players can handle the ball and play off the ball, and the bigmen compliment eachother well since one plays more inside and the other out on the perimeter. The 5th guy just needs to knock down open shots which Rush and Barnes seem to be capable of doing.
Then you have the bench, with Jack, who is one of the best backup PGs in the league and a solid spot starter, Rush who had a breakout year last year and shot incredibly well, Landry, who like Jack, is one of the best backups at his position in the NBA, and a few other guys(Ezili, Green, Jefferson) who will likely contribute for them in spot duty.
It's a team with a lot of talent with their top 8 guys if they can stay healthy. Their biggest questions are health first of all, and defence. And obviously Mark Jackson not being a horrible coach. But on paper I think theyre a playoff team because they have so many capable contributors.
