Tat would be a terrible approach. We need to offer him a good chance to compete for a role as big or bigger than that. We can offer him a lot of opportunities, but there can't be any promises, and he surely understands that a lot would be up to him as to how that translates so to speak. If he is looking for nothing more than minutes and cash than he's of no use to anyone, but from his answers here there's a good indication that he has the right mindset.
