Don't badmouth Uzoh! The kid is a good third pg option for this team:cheap, young, defensive, athletic.

Bayless can't run a team, it's obvious, but he brings swagger, toughness (when he's not injured) and aggression. He's alright in a bench capacity if he can buy in, but he's not good enough to be a starting PG or SG. I don't mind keeping him because continuity is important and you can't expect 5 new guys every year. It's all about cost and I don't think he warrants more than a 3 year, 9M type deal and he likely shouldn't be signed until other options are exhausted.
