Key Matchups:

MEM lack of offensive chemistry vs Clippers lack of concentration on D. Which one will sync first early in the game? MEM struggles out of the gate due to their starting lineup not playing with each other a lot during the regular season, and the Clippers struggle on defence because their frontline doesnt rotate quick enough, and DeAndre Jordan jumps at anything.

The frontcourts- If MEM wants this to be a short series, then MEM needs to go to their frontcourt on offence and often, especially Gasol vs Jordan. If they're able to get Jordan in to foul trouble, or Gasol just scoring on him at will causing him to become tentative, then the Clippers will be in a lot of trouble especially on the boards. On the flipside, Blake Griffin needs to be ultra aggressive vs Randolph and anyone else they throw at him because MEM is going to close the middle down vs their guards and penetration. Griffin cant get tentative because hes afraid of the FT line at any point.

CP3 and the Clippers ability to score. I expect the Grizzlies to hedge hard against Paul trying to force the ball out of his hands and keeping him out of the middle as much as possible. The Clippers are going to need to find different ways to get CP3 on the move and giving him space off pick and rolls, because their basic offence is purely based off this because no one else can really create on their own especially if Griffin isnt being aggressive. The 3s are going to need to go down at a very high rate(9-10 per game) for them to win multiple games in this series especially if the Grizzlies can use their length to shut off Griffin. .

Oh yeah, and coaching. Its not even a contest. This also gives the Grizz a huge advantage.

MEM in 6. I think MEM is going to be able to cause a lot of Clippers droughts with their size in the middle being able to close off a lot of Pauls penetration and the Clippers using too much time to get in to their sets with their pressure. It's going to be an extremely entertaining series, but unless Blake can have a huge performance and Paul can continue his playoff greatness, or possibly the Clippers just straight going off from 3, then I dont see the Clippers pulling this one out.
