I'd say no to both. Jones looks like a quality hybrid 3/4 role player off the bench unless he either bulks up and develops his game more towards the inside to become a 4, or REALLY works hard to become a 3. And its going to take a ridiculous amount of effort and work ethic for him to become a quality starting 3 in the league. Its a massive risk for anyone taking him.
