Our team next year will depend on:
A) Valanciunas and if he can adjust quickly
B) Who do we draft and do they fit in
C) can BC upgrade the SF/PG positions significantly with trades + capspace
If we draft say a SF and expect them to start and don't go out and get a legit starting SF we're pretty much fucked. And I still say we need a new PG that can play more up tempo and can take over games on occasion.
I really expect Colangelo to be aggressive next summer considering he'll be going into the final year of his contract and I would think he'll want to give Casey more to work with considering he's also going into the final year of his contract. Two significant moves + the right draft pick and we'll be a decent team next season imo.
This current team with a legit SF and a healthy Bargnani
is probably a .500 team.
