What we have seen from Demar this year, he cannot be a No. 1 option or possibly No. 2 option. He is a complimentary player. He has trouble handling double teams and has a limited offense because he cannot break his man off the dribble. However, he has a great mid range game and will succeed as No. 3 option on a good team. People should not focus on his weaknesses, so what if he is not your No. 3 or cleanup hitter in baseball, but he is definetly a building block for the future.
Agree, but we all had such higher hopes for him...
