Uh-oh! Looks like Gilbert did a great job talking Washington into signing him to a 6-year, $111 million contract, but they forgot the fact that he just sat out the last season with surgery on his knee, and he has not played in an NBA game in about a year. They forgot to vet him!

If Gilbert being out until December (at the absolute earliest) isn't a setback, then why the hell did he get a big contract in the first place. GM's need to be saved from themselves.
