Don't waste their time with fluff...get to the point.
These are excellent suggestions:
-why you want to be an exec
-what you can do to help the team
-fine points about your character, provide examples
I would also add in any relevant experience you have that relates to the position you are applying for (no shit right haha).
Keep it short, 1 page is fantastic but don't go over 2.
- Get the persons name who will be reading your resume and write a cover letter (unless they don't accept them) and address the letter to them.
- Don't have any spelling mistakes, sure it's dumb but it can kill you...have a lot of people look it over...for example my colleague accidently applied here with his resume saying "Trained other staff how to handle inbound balls" instead of Calls. Spell check won't get everything.
