I'm not so high on Amir
Sure, compared to bargnani, he's a great defender. The problem is, he's supposed to be a great defender, because he gives you little offense. He really needs to improve his strength and we need more rebounding and shot blocking from him. He kind of lost his job to Davis last season, and I don't see him back as a starter anytime soon.
Still, he's very young, hardworking and shown great progress with his shot and fts, so I expect to see him improve even more. If he could bring 80% of what a guy like Chandler brought to Dallas, he'd be great as a 3rd big in a few years. Valanciunas, Davis and Amir could one day be the best defensive frontcourt in the league.
