I remember us and Detroit going after him pretty hard. At the time I remember that if Detroit really wanted him to play PG then he HAD to have some talent worth meriting that much attention. x2. It took him that summer after his rookie season to develop his shot, and IMO he's turned into one of the raptor's most efficient, reliable scorers.
Definitely a testament to how hard the man has worked though. Scouted as a slasher with weak ball distribution abilities; now touted as an efficient scorer with one of the most effective passing games in the L.
