Ohhh the players are so great, ohh the players 'fixed' the game, blah blah. Whatever. The game is the same now as it was 10 years ago. There are good players and there are some bad apples. The thing that i don't like in particular about the NBA is that the players seem to have so much power about where they want to play and when they want to leave. Contracts don't mean anything... loyalty is out of the window... It's business first, passion second.
Also what was even so bad about the brawl in detroit? A small scuffle after some thrown beer. Big freaking deal. It's not like it was some travesty and shame for humanity. This sort of thing happens in sports. Cantona's drop kicking a fan... Domi and that fan in Philly and lots of other hockey 'fan interaction' from the past.
