I've never seen anything along these lines. However, I can tell you that under the current CBA, a team can only pay the 500k, regardless of where, when, or who the buyout is for - certainly in the case of a first round pick. I will look into the undrafted status, but I doubt it is different. Either way, for Jonas, 500k is the limit.
