How do you tell your teams leading scorer your coming off the bench now without hurting his pride and damaging team chemistry because he will think he's better than everyone else and be a black hole off the bench.
Solution: Trade him while he's an asset and has stock.
so its bad that bars is the best player and should start? nice logic there.
and he wont like coming off the bech when he did it before with no complaints? ok.
and his stock is definately going to fall while hopefully playing his batural position with a better coach and team around? ok?
