Yeah that's what he is on a losing team... but he has the physical attributes and athletic abilities to turn it up if need be, such as if in a playoff run. Put him on a winning team, and have a coach hold him accountable, he'd be a hell of alot better than many.
Some can't, some choose not to.... but if given the right situation, I'll take the ones that have previously shown they can..... Sammy D is that type.
