Anthony Carter $854,389 ($1,352,181 paid, but only 2-year vet min counts against cap)
Jamaal Magloire $854,389 ($1,352,181 paid, but only 2-year vet min counts against cap)
Rasual Butler $854,389 ($1,229,255 paid, but only 2-year vet min counts against cap)
Solomon Alabi $830,000
Jonas Valanciunas: $0 (cap hold - 2,812,200 at end of season)

Total: $46,092,598

Minimum Team Salary: $49.337 million
Salary Cap: $58.044 million
Tax Threshold: $70.307 million

Cap Holds: (can be waived)

MLE: $2,500,000 - used 2.5M to sign Gray
BAE: $0 (1.5M of the 1.9 used to sign Forbes, rendering the rest void, as it is below the minimum salary).
Barbosa TPE: $7,600,000
Julian Wright: $7,145,143 (point of reference - JW's QO amount is $3,952,653)
Rasho Nesterovic: $2,388,000
Alexis Ajinca: $2,263,409
Sonny Weems: $1,059,389 (QO - $884,293 if QO revoked)
Joey Dorsey: $884,389 (QO - $884,293 if no QO offered)
Pape Sow: $884,389
Patrick O'Bryant: $884,389
Uros Slokar: $762,195

Cap hold total: $26,371,303
Total potential cap hit if none are renounced: $72,463,901

This is the number that the team needs to have above the cap to use the MLE. If one of those free agents signs elsewhere, their cap hit would disappear.

All of these cap holds can be waived at any time - this frees up cap space but loses the team's rights to sign these players to certain types of contracts, as well as losing their ability to go over the cap to sign them.

Notes:

- I've updated the numbers with some slight changes from the new CBA, and added the Barbosa trade.

- Bosh TPE: the original 14.5M TPE had become 12.207M after the Jack trade. It was further reduced to 10.739M in the Ajinca trade. It was down to 9.026M after the James Johnson trade (allowing a total returning salary of 9.126M, with the 100,000 trade buffer). It has now expired.

- Barbosa TPE: since the Raps are technically over the cap, the trade to Indiana generates a TPE of $7.6M.

- Jonas' buyout: With Val playing overseas, his cap hold comes off the books when a) he signs his contract overseas (he has clearly already done this) or b) on the first day of the season (Dec 25th), whichever comes later. Now that the season has started, that 2.9M cap hold will disappear until next July 1st, or when his buyout comes into effect (the end of the Lithuanian league's season, which appears to be in late May) whichever is sooner. So probably late May.
