Clyde was our finest player, no doubt there, dude went to the Finals twice. But Roy literally saved the Blazers organization. We were totally on the ropes, and dang near became the OKC Thunder/Blazers. Being serious, Paul Allen had had enough, and I heard rumors about a team hock and possible move, before Seattle shipped out of course.
Roy started punishing fools, we started winnin', we started selling tickets, and the rest is history.
