In the real world, if a manager of a company in a competitive landscape has continually & easily let go of quality assets w/nothing of substance or quality rationale in return, going against all NBA and real-world financial & asset management principles; has said nothing but platitudes when pressed about his poor performance over the past 5yrs; has done little to nothing to cater to the coach's efficient system (re: Reggie Evans & Joey Dorsey do not fit in Coach Triano's Flex, and Coach w/Jose runs one of the most efficient offenses in the league, even w/o the 3pt shot a feature b/c of bad mgmt of personnel & other bullshit); and has worthy replacements who deserve a shot (Maurizio Gherardini, Wayne Embry, Jim Kelly), well all real-world rationale says that Bryan should've been fully and ignominiously canned.
But other forces are at work. Enjoy mediocrity, or more tanking. You all can justify this move all you damn well want, but it still makes no real world management sense.
