turiaf is useless, he's a supposed energy guy who rebounds worse than Bargnani and he's not that good of a defender anyway. As far as fields, he's a low ceiling player, if he was drafted in the top 10 nobody would talk about him. He's done great for his draft position and he's going to be a decent rotation player for his career, but it's not like he's a future all-star or even close ... You could replace him quite easily with the MLE, he's only true value is his low salary for one more year.
Turiaf averaging 4.5 rebs in 20 minutes, Bargnani averaging 5.5 rebs in 37 minutes or smth. Furthermore, Turiaf is amazing shotblocker, and he is just strong athletic body. And he is the least valuable piece of this trade.

Fields. You saw that guy? He is amazing. He has no superstar ceiling, but what is his exact ceiling nobody knows. But we know Bargs ceiling, he was here 5 years already. Fields is top5 hustle player in the league and probably top 3 smartest guy out there. He can do everything, i mean everything. his FG% is better than Bargs, 3FG% better too, he is SG-SF who averages less minutes than Bargnani, but averages more rebounds. Gee, only thing Bargs can do better, is blocking (0.7 > 0.2...). Fields is just good team player, smart and calm. He also barely do mistakes, he never rushing things and averaging only 1.3 turnovers per game (in 31 minute). And he was A ROOKIE!

Bargs for Fields would be fair, now? Fileds, Turiaf and pick? Ha, good luck.
