Seriously. His performance was sufficient, but it wasn't that great. He shot 5/14 against Billups in game 1, which almost serious cost the Celts.
Once Billups was out, the Knicks did an absolutely turrrrrrrible job of stopping the ball. :chuck: In game 2, Rondo scored something like 24 or 26 points in the paint. Crazy. I give him credit for exposing the Knicks' weakeness, but he did not have to work for much, if anything.
I'm super pissed that Chauncey got hurt, because I think this could have been a decent series if New York stole game 2.
Miami's PGs suck and Rondo could torch them. I'm expecting the Heat to put Lebron or Wade on Rondo. If they don't, I'll be surprised. If Rondo puts up similar numbers with Lebron or Wade on him, that will be impressive.
