Bosh has hardly flopped. The biggest problem with the team is the inability to get other players involved. He's been unselfish and been quite supportive of all the role players. And when Hubie Brown spends an entire half of play describing the guy in glowing terms, it's hard to see where he's lost so much value.
Is he a great fit? That's a reasonable question. And again it's the same question with everyone else, even in terms of the compatibility of Wade and Lebron. The biggest failure of the recent past has been losing ground defensively. And I put a lot of that on the coaching. Jones needs more play. He was getting the job done on defense. And Bibby is just a disaster. The coaching staff needed to be able to see what they had and how they were going to settle on making the most of their strengths while living with whatever weaknesses they had to. Instead they have settled on nothing, including the style of play they look to get out of Lebron and Wade. That can't help anything, and it certainly can hurt the play of the whole team.
