elliott was a 15-20 ppg scorer for the spurs in the mid-90's. he was the second option (unless you want to count avery johnson or vinnie del negro, both of whom i would consider a stretch).
jefferson is barely even a 4th option behind manu, timmy and parker. most nights either blair or hill, and sometimes even mcdyess or neal, get more touches. last year he was 5th in scoring on the team, and this year is 4th at 12 ppg, slightly up from last year. in the playoffs he dropped from 12.3 to 9.4 ppg when the real stars started to pick things up. in the same playoffs hill increased his ppg by a full ppg. and he was the 4th option.
i just don't see the comparison at all.
They both played at Arizona...
