yup. restrecturing is what we need. big time.

I like to compare us to Australia. A country that's pretty similar to Canada in terms of social structurem population, etc. I gather their citizens are taxed similarilly.

Back in the 1980's Canada was ahead of Australia in terms in international sports. yes - even summer sports. Australia wasn't happy with the way things were being run. Guess what they did? They heavily re-structured. and guess what the result was? Australian athletes are now kicking ass.
Same in soccer. They essentially started from scratch not that long ago completely revamping their soccer program. what happened? Australia qualified for the world cup and have a good soccer program in place.

Jeez. You'd think we could learn a few things from them.
