I agree with this whole argument. I'm tired of hearing the funding argument. Sports in this country, besides hockey, are so managed so ineptly it's become a disgrace. The talent is there, it's utilized in a piss poor way.

I remember when the Canadian Junior team in hockey finished 7th I believe, there was an immediate restructuring of the entire system so that would never happen again. Maybe, just maybe, it can now happen elsewhere instead of only hockey.
