I was sick for a week and was having a really difficult time sleeping. Only getting a couple of hours a night. I tried melatonin and it was amazing how well it worked.

As I read this back it sounds a bit like a spam post...but the stuff does work well. It gets you into a deep sleep pattern more quickly but doesn't make you groggy when you wake up...plus it's natural and can be bought over the counter.
