Muscle burns fat, but realistically you have to combine it with cardio (sorry) and a good diet to see any results. You can't spot reduce fat by doing select exercises i.e. if you want your abs to show six pack you can't just abuse ab exercises to make it happen. has to come with cardio and good food.
