I eat all that everyday and I'm only 108lb. Is it safe for 15 year old to start lifting? My back hurts a lot and I think it's because there isn't enough muscle. When I bend down and dribble the ball, I feel like someone is putting weight on it. I went to physiotherapy and they said there wasn't enough quad muscle to support my back.
If you aren't strong enough to lift weights, then don't start with that.
Work your way up, so do push-ups or something until you can lift small weights. Then work your way up to the bigger weights.
