You gotta eat Steaks, Beef, Chicken, and most importantly Fish. There are a lot of Indian foods which are high in protein as well that I eat. Put almonds in your oatmeal every morning. There are tons of way of getting protein.
I eat all that everyday and I'm only 108lb. Is it safe for 15 year old to start lifting? My back hurts a lot and I think it's because there isn't enough muscle. When I bend down and dribble the ball, I feel like someone is putting weight on it. I went to physiotherapy and they said there wasn't enough quad muscle to support my back.
