I change the channel with the remote about 150 times a day. My thumb is ripped.
I've gained about 30 pounds in the past two years and it shows. I hate it. I had a little heart episode (benign, but I don't want to go through the terror again) which was caused by a shortage of potassium and magnesium. I've become really paranoid about it happening again, so I drink way too much orange juice, eat too many bananas and start each day with a bowl of All Bran. It adds up.
Question. Could I get rid of that extra fat from just lifting some weights? Would I still have to cut back those extra calories?
