I heard about the 4 hour body book yesterday...downloaded it and skimmed a few parts...the guy's basically tried every exercise method and supplement/drugs to see what works the best but some of his stuff involves serious amounts of supplements. For a guy like me who's allergic to random normal food, becoming a walking pharmacy will probably kill me lol
just wanna get up to 150 or 155 by the summer from 140 and have some serious definition, have always had pretty good definition in my stomach area and arms...just need to see a lot more lol
