And Dwight Howard is the heir to Shaq as the league's fun loving big man that everyone love. Thats as good as gold for the league. So from a marketing standpoint they'd have been stupid not to put him in again as well (Not to mention the dude is a sick dunker)
Jamario is a very average player playing in Canada. He has no marketability from a league wide perspective, and his performance last year didn't exactly leave people screaming his name.
There is almost no incentive for the NBA to put Jamario back in the dunk comp other than the fact that he'll probably already be there for the rookie/soph game.
He'll have to earn it by driving the lane and throwing down big dunks this year.......
