Last spot will come down to Stanford & TCU/Boise State. That is a tough call. Standford will be 11-1 and only lost to the team in the NC. TCU/Boise State will be 12-0.

Who do you take?

Yep. The Big Least and ACC auto qualifiers are the least deserving out of all the team(The Big Least being the most). I laugh cause lets say TCU stays ahead of Boise State and goes to the Rose Bowl vs Wisconsin. Then the BCS chooses Stanford over Boise State for the last at large. If VT wins the ACC title game they will be 11-2 and in the Orange Bowl. Boise State will be 12-0 and BEAT VT pretty much @ VT and will be left out. That is the BCS for you!
choice between TCU and Stanford is easy from the business perspective
Stanford has more alumni and will travel better, especially if its in the west coast
TCU is a small school

I remember a couple years ago in the Fiesta Bowl (possibly) when they had to pick between Ohio State and another team and they picked the Buckeyes cause they would bring in more $$$
