The problem is that Bargnani
is not very strong, so he can't push effectively, but thanks to his superior height, he's able to shoot over the defender from close(r) range.
I'm not saying it as a bad thing. It's more a matter of fact that even when he tries to play like a tradtional big man, he does it like a guard.
I actually think Bargnani
is pretty strong. He has bulked up a fair bit since being drafted, but it's just not his game to be a bruiser.
