Remember how us fans started to question that Jose should be the guy to close out the game. Remember remember remember.
When Tj tends to score a lot of points it's because the other team makes him a scorer. Why would they make him a scorer? Because he's an effective playmaker that can do damage when he penetrates and dishes. Phoenix does this to him each time... they dont' worry that Nash can't defend him...they let him get 30 points because they know if they keep his assists down they have a chance to win. Tha'ts how i see that scenario.
Tj's not perfect...he's young and growing but he has the potential certainly to be an allstar and he is one of the pieces BC has built this team around. You dont' abandon the plan just cause he got hurt... or if you do you have to trade him. You can' bring him back as Jose's backup. If the team were 10 games over 500 now and tearing through elite teams like a butter knife through wet toilet paper then you have an issue..you seek to trade TJ...but we're not doing that well otherwise reasonably healthy... we're staying afloat. The job is Tj's when he gets to 100%
