It's a pretty accurate comparison, but liking anyone to Nazi Germany is always going to stir up negative connotations. But saying we were promoting Canada more than the Olympic games is dead on.
We've been always thought as the reserved quiet types. And with all our multiculturalism, we don't have a national unity. Me thinks that has changed now.
