Technically, they are supposed to have a reserve center. That's the only reason Jamal Magloire ever made the game. Some might say that's the only reason Zadrunas made the game (although his numbers were respectable). But, yeah, in certain years, when there were a bunch of power forwards putting up better numbers than all the centers, I can imagine they voted in a PF and called him a center. I don't think they'd be able to get away with that this year, though, because Horford and Noah are averaging double doubles.
