Uh, the coaches vote in reserves. Maybe I didn't make the question explicit enough. This is not just about starters. Of course Dwight will probably get voted in as the starter for years to come, but these other guys can make the team as a reserve. If he continues to average "a double double", Al Horford has a solid shot of being the reserve this year.
