Question Which young center in the East will become an All-Star first?

On the front page of NBA.com there is a poll asking said question. The options are:

-Joakim Noah
-Brook Lopez
-Al Horford
-Andrea Bargnani

Al Horford is in first place by a considerable margin, and deservedly so. If his team's success continues, and his personal stats stay similar to where they are currently at, Horford will probably get voted in by the coaches this year.
What surprised me, though, is that Bargs is number 2 in voting. I didn't expect him to get that type of recognition. He has a respectable lead over Noah and Lopez. Do you think this is because of international voters? Or do you think Bargs is getting substantial respect from American voters as well? Also, if you were ordering these centers in terms of value, in your opinion, what should be the order?
